KW Westfield

A full website build for one of Utah’s leading Keller Williams real estate brokerages serving buyers, sellers, and agents across the state.

Context

KW Westfield is a Keller Williams franchise brokerage based in Utah, operating as one of the state’s top-performing real estate offices. Serving three distinct audiences: homebuyers, home sellers, and real estate agents looking to join the brokerage. KW Westfield needed a professional, multi-purpose website that could speak credibly to all three groups simultaneously. As a Keller Williams affiliate, the site also needed to honour the broader KW brand standards while giving the Westfield office its own distinct local identity and digital presence.

Overview

The brief was to build a complete brokerage website covering all three audience journeys: buy, sell, and join alongside supporting sections for leadership, technology, affiliated businesses, marketing services, and an Agent HQ resource hub. The site needed to function as both a consumer-facing real estate platform and an agent recruitment tool, with clear pathways for every visitor type from the moment they landed.

Challenge

Three Audiences, One Website

Homebuyers, home sellers, and prospective agents all arrive at the same homepage with completely different needs and intentions. The navigation, messaging, and CTA structure needed to route each audience to their relevant journey instantly without creating confusion or forcing visitors to search for where they belonged.

As a Keller Williams affiliate, KW Westfield operates within an established brand system. The site needed to feel consistent with the broader KW identity while giving the Westfield office enough local personality to stand apart from other KW franchises and resonate with a Utah-based audience.
Beyond serving buyers and sellers, the site functions as a recruitment platform for real estate agents considering joining KW Westfield. This required dedicated sections communicating the brokerage’s value proposition, support structure, technology offering, and culture; content that needed to feel compelling to experienced agents evaluating their options.

Solution

Step 1: Audience Architecture & Navigation

Structured the entire site around the three core audience journeys: Buy, Sell, and Join KW. The homepage hero immediately routes each visitor type with clear, prominent CTAs, and the navigation reflects the same three-track structure throughout.

Built the visual design to align with Keller Williams’ established brand identity: colour system, typography, and visual language while giving KW Westfield its own distinct local presence through photography, tone, and layout choices that reflected the Utah market.
Developed a dedicated Join KW Westfield section making the full case for why agents should choose this office covering resources, support, technology, culture, and the affiliated KWW Cares giving programme. Designed to speak directly to the ambitions and concerns of experienced agents evaluating brokerage options.
Built a private Agent HQ section giving existing KW Westfield agents access to internal resources, marketing services, and tools creating a centralized digital hub for the brokerage’s agent community.
Developed dedicated pages for KW Westfield’s marketing services offering and technology stack, communicating the tangible support agents receive when joining the brokerage, and differentiating KW Westfield from competing franchises.
Integrated lead capture forms throughout the site including a LeadConnector form for buyer and seller enquiries; ensuring every visitor had a frictionless path to connecting with the KW Westfield team regardless of where they entered the site.

Result

KW Westfield now has a professional, multi-audience digital presence that serves buyers, sellers, and prospective agents with equal clarity. The three-track navigation ensures every visitor finds their path within seconds of landing on the site reducing friction and increasing the likelihood of enquiry or application. The agent recruitment section gives KW Westfield a compelling, standalone case for why top-performing agents should choose their office, an asset that works continuously in the background of every recruitment conversation. For a franchise brokerage competing in a market where every KW office has access to the same brand, the website gives KW Westfield a distinct local identity that sets them apart.
